College Applications & Financial Aid
Preparing for college is a very emotional experience for both parents and students. We can’t imagine going through the process without John’s fabulous advice and emotional support! BTP Platinum is what we call our full family support service for a student's entire application process. BTP Platinum is a one-on-one private guidance service in full support of your hard working school College Counselor. BTP Platinum includes One-on-one assistance in:

  • Developing the final list of schools to apply to;
  • Completing application essays;
  • Applying for financial aid: identifying which scholarships to chase and helping with the essays;
  • Planning effective summers-- champions are made during the off-season;
  • Encouraging volunteerism-- increasingly important for successful applicants.

Your son or daughter will work directly with John Baylor through the entire test prep, college application, and financial aid process. Platinum students receive the BTP Platinum Packet: a how-to guide to the entire college application process, including two powerful scholarship lists-- one includes a list of private colleges that offer generous merit-based scholarships that reduce the annual cost to below $20,000 a year. Platinum students receive half-tuition on all Baylor Test Prep courses: ACT-Prep, SAT-Prep, and Test Taking-Study Skills. Maximum of twelve Platinum students in any one graduation year; sorry-- not available in Omaha.
